About Us

Bible Baptist Church was started back in 1961 by a group of Bible believing Christians with a desire to see Christian families strengthened and also with a burden for those that did not know Jesus Christ as their Savior.  Through name changes, pastoral changes, and even location changes we are here at 232 rt. 217 after these 50 years.  God has given us a beautiful 17 acre campus with several buildings for God’s honor and glory.

More important than the buildings and the things God has given us he has given us a wonderful group of people that still love the Lord and seek to please Him every day.  We have a good mix of young and elderly in the church.  We have single folks and married folks and folks that have children involved in the church ministries also.  If you come and visit us you will find an average size congregation of 100 – 200 people.  We have a friendly family atmosphere and very exciting service.

All of our services are different.  If you come on a Sunday morning, at 10:30 am, the service is geared towards a general message from the Bible on any number of topics.  We have the choir singing and special music also.  The Sunday evening service, at 6:30 pm, is geared more towards the whole family since most of the children are in the service with their parents.  We have music specials and sometimes voluntary testimonies from folks in the congregation.  The last service of the week is at 6:30 pm on Wednesday.  There are clubs for the kids and a Bible study in the auditorium for the adults.

We hope you will join us for one of these exciting services throughout the week.  With this being our 50th Anniversary we are planning some very exciting events throughout the year.  Please check the calendar part of the website to see some of these opportunities that are available.  Well, that is a little bit about us and we hope to see you during this year of “A Legacy of Faith.”
